THE easyPG^® PROGRAM is all about making it easy for our nonprofit members to have successful planned giving campaigns: easy to use, easy to understand and easy to afford.

Once your nonprofit becomes a member you have immediate access to all the resources on the site (including me!) - at limited* or no cost at all.

You'll find instructions regarding the most commonly used tools of gift planning and how to build successful ongoing campaigns focused on bringing in potentially millions of dollars over time.

And this is a living and growing site. New items will be regularly added – updates and refinements will be ongoing. And, if there is enough interest (by request from members) for something not already being offered, we’ll do our best to provide it.

Here’s just some of what you’ll find:

SOLICITATION & MARKETING:

	Downloadable bequest solicitation letter packages with instructions on who to mail to and how and when to follow up. Customize and use them as is, or make changes (and you can check those changes with me before you make them!)
	Download an outline/template for a newsletter about gift planning, which you can easily customize.
	“One Pagers” (sometimes they’re two pagers) with donor friendly copy you can incorporate into your regular newsletter(s) or to create your own “Smart Gifting Planning Newsletter”.
	Donor friendly and easy to follow planned giving copy that can be customized for your website.

TRAINING

	Basic information about such planned gifts as bequests and beneficiary designations, life insurance, using charitable reminder trusts, gifts from retirement accounts, retained life estates, and even charitable gift annuities (the good news and the bad). Samples suitable for newsletters or articles for your donors. Some can be used in solictation letters. (We do not offer legal or tax advice and neither should you unless that's your job).
	Some further information about accepting more complex gifts such as real estate (and the steps essential to avoid some unnecessary problem situations). Sample forms and questionnaires.

	Ways to build a budget and market your program within your budget…and what is essential for success.
	How to get the information you need about your donors to determine their individual potential for a planned gift to your organization, and what type of gift may be appropriate (you may be surprised).
	Training about how to start a program, how to get your board members to support the campaign, how to talk to your prospects, how planned giving campaigns work and which items work best for different situations, and

Our promise to members: The easyPG^®Program membership is designed to assist nonprofits in building successful planned giving campaigns. We will provide tools, trainings, suggestions, recommendations, information, updates, hand-holding, and whatever we reasonably can to ensure you have what you need to bring in these gifts.

Membership requires: Membership is not transferrable and is solely for the assistance of member nonprofits. This site has many open areas but the ones exclusive to membership should not be shared or copied for use by nonmember nonprofits; it could jeopardize our ability to continue serving the nonprofit community at this level.
